FOOD LOG:

 

7:00AM

- Cup of coffee with creamer

8:30AM

- 3 eggs mixed with a tiny bit of milk and cooked in a couple tsp of coconut oil, seasoned with pepper

- 2 strips of thick cut bacon

12:30PM

- Low Carb Six Dollar Burger (Carls Jr) with a large iced tea

2:30PM

- 2 slices of turkey wrapped around a cheese stick 

6:00PM

- 3 Pork Tacos- Seasoned pork on large corn tortillas with shredded cheddar, cabbage, lime juice and left over chipotle sauce

- 1 apricot

7:30PM

- Apricot leather

 

Dirty Deeds of the Day:

- 4 small french fries

- Handful of tortilla chips a bit before supper...was starving

 

TRAINING:

- Rest...

(Wanted to do sprints this morning but my hip is hurting after the last time I did them)

I think I got lucky because they were cold and a little dried out by the time I decided to eat them! It seems that every time I do sprints it irritates my right hip and I have to wait it out a few days before I can attempt them again. Rather annoying. I've been missing seeing you too, lady! I've been going at 9am on the weekends and 6:30 in the evenings. Hopefully we'll run into each other again soon! =)

Honey child if you can keep your "cheat" to 4 french fries you are amazing!!!!!!    Sorry to hear that your hip has been bothering you! Always good to listen to the body and take time off when it's screaming at ya!  Been missing seeing ya at the gym!! I think we just got at different times lately! :)
