FOOD LOG:

 

7:00AM

- Cup of coffee with creamer

9:00AM

- 2 Flourless Oatmeal Pancakes with a little butter and sugar free syrup

- 2 eggs fried in butter

1:00PM

- Salad: Fresh baby spinach, romaine salad mix, about 3/4C leftover chopped ham, 6 beet slices (canned), a little shredded cheddar cheese & Ranch

3:30PM

- 2 handfuls of "Indulgent" trail mix (Yes, I realize this kind of stuff is trouble. And for the record, that 2nd handful actually made me a nauseous)

6:00PM

- Steak, shrimp & salad with cucumber & Ranch 

 

TRAINING:

- Rest...
