FOOD LOG: Hunger level was high today

 

7:30AM
- Cup of coffee with creamer

9:00AM

- Another half cup of coffee with creamer

- Hashbrowns from 1 medium potato, seasoned with salt & pepper and cooked in coconut oil

- 4 egg whites and 1 whole egg cooked in coconut oil and seasoned with pepper

12:00PM

- 1 fried chicken breast & 1 wing

- Iceburg salad mix with a few cucumber slices & Ranch

- Small slice of cantelope

2:20PM

- About a cup of fat free regular yogurt, a handful of sliced almonds, packet of stevia, cinnamon 

4:00PM

- Can of tuna mixed with a little mayo, 1 sliced celery stalk, a few walnuts and raisins

6:30PM

- Garden Salad with grilled chicken & Ken's Light Italian dressing from Burger King

8:15PM

- Scoop of vanilla protein with 2tsp psyllium fiber

8:45PM

- 6oz cup of Chobani 2% greek yogurt- pineapple flavor (de-freakin-licious!)

 

TRAINING:

 

7:00PM

- 7 Ladder sets (Dbl Presses with 35s, backed with Ring Rows)

- 15 Hindu pushups on a 4inch block

- Another 5 minutes of Hindu pushups with a new set every minute: 10, 10, 8, 6 & 6 (pushups)

(Thanks for kicking my ass with those Jim...definitely harder on that higher block)

Ahhh...those flabby triceps that have been plaguing me! Guess I should start doing those!

Why thanks! Yes, I started a new 3 week stretch the beginning of last week doing 2,3 & 5 double presses and have been doing them with the 35s. I surprised myself thinking I wasn't going to be able to.

You should get into those Hindu pushups...they do great things for your triceps! =)

I don't remember you doing your ladders all with the 35....AWESOME JOB!!! And go on with your bad self with those hindu push-ups!
