FOOD LOG:

(I didn't post my log from the 19th because after lunch, my nutrition went to crap. I wasn't proud and didn't care to share)

7:30AM

- Cup of coffee with creamer

8:00AM

- 1 1/2 scoops of vanilla protein with 1tsp psyllium fiber

9:00AM (Post- Workout)

- 6oz cup of Chobani 2% greek yogurt- peach flavored

12:00PM

- 1 1/2 string cheeses

- 24g protein shot

1:30PM

- Dragon sushi roll (Fred Meyer)

- 4 Doritos

- 2 small pieces of popcorn chicken

- Lo Carb Monster (sipped on over the course of several hours)

6:00PM

- 8oz of homemade corn & potato chowder with crab meat

7:00PM

- 2 pieces of thick cut bacon

Dirty Deeds of the Day:

- A bit of leftover chocolate wedding cake and both squares in a Snickers "Peanut Butter" package =(

(I wasn't going to admit this, but thought if I didn't, it would only lay the foundation for more potential dishonesty and slipping. I'm still working on not being impuslive and regaining control. It's been harder than I expected and there are several emotions involved)

TRAINING:

9:00AM

- 12 minutes of 40yard sprints

- Double KB Front Squats w/53s: 5 sets of 5 (these were probably the easiest sets to date)

- Deadlifts @ 195lbs: 5 sets of 5

- 12 Toes to Bar

If anyone could do it Rachelle.....IT WOULD BE YOU! I'd put my money on you any day! And if you are going to do it, I want to be there! That would be freaking AWESOME! :)

Thanks girls! You guys are awesome and I really appreciate your comments. I know I'm probably being harder on myself that necessary, but I can't help it. The only thing I can do is keep going and strive even more to make the right choices.

Hey Pam, maybe I should really get crazy and attempt double squatting the 64s! ;)

Agreed with what Pam said, by being honest we keep ourselves and each other accountable and encourage one another to keep that same honesty.  I think for anyone "real" it will always be a battle to make the right choices, or at least the ones we know we should make.  You are doing amazing and are an inspiration in that gym!

I completely admire you for being honest. It's not always easy. For me eating "right" will always be a battle and with that battle there will always be "defeats" but I've decided it will never conquer me! And I can tell you have that same mentality! Can't believe that you put "easy" and double squatting two 53s in the same sentence. Youz crazy, lady! :)
