Noon
1/2 avocado
1 small chicken enchilada left over from dinner
1/2c Greek yogurt w/1/4 c frozen berries, 1tsp truvia, 1 tbs cinnamon
1:00pm-2:00pm
1 can (11.5 oz) V8
4:00pm
15 almonds
9:00pm
