Breakfast: 2 pieces of turkey bacon

Lunch: 3 chicken nuggets, couple bites of mashed potatoes, cucumber slices and mushrooms.

Snack:slice of cheddar

Dinner: some Cubed Steak w/mushrooms, steamed broccoli with lemon pepper and a little grated cheddar.

Workout: 6 rounds of

6 suitcase deadlifts

12 jump squats

6 ball slams

6 burpees
