21 snatches per hand with 18 lb. kb.
21 backwards lunges with the 35 lb. kb. (first 10 with the 18, then I upgraded)

Food Log:
Breakfast:
1 egg, 2 turkey sausages, 3 tbsp. of creamer with 2 cups of coffee
Lunch:
Fage greek yogurt with splenda and strawberries, leftover taco meat, a little bit of cheese, salsa, salad, and 1 egg
Snack:
Carrots
Dinner:
2 eggs, 2 turkey bacon
Evening cheat:
Dark chocolate bar, 1 brownie, and bowl of oil popped popcorn
So... this was an unplanned cheat meal evening. :) I have been staving off the sweet tooth and giving in to small indulges over the past few days, so I just jumped in and got it out of the way. I am hoping to go right back in with the right foods and right choices tomorrow now that I've fulfilled that desire.
