Finished off with a few toes to bar and a good stretch. This was a great workout to loosen up my body after a hard work of training and yesterdays failed attempt to work out :). I'm looking forward to setting and achieving a few new goals!!
2 turkey sausages, 2 tbsp. creamer with coffee

Piece of canteloupe, 2 small (1 inch square) piece of broccoli quiche, carrots, mini cheesecake (small muffin tin size), handful of almonds, handful of grapes
1 hamburger patty, a few helpings of strawberries and mangoes, 4 skittles
2 tbsp. peanut butter, 3 sticks of celery
Today's shower and evening birthday BBQ were more of a cheat meal for me. Not too bad for a cheat meal, but rather fruit heavy. I finally broke under 155 for my weight and I would like to continue to lose, so I'm going to try and be pretty consistent to continue that downward march. Slow and stead wins the race!
