7 double front squats with 26's
7 double presses with the 18's
7 pull ups

Food Log:
Breakfast:
2 eggs, 2 turkey sausage, 1/4 nectarine
Lunch:
Fage greek yogurt with a nectarine, 1 egg, 3 turkey sausage
Snack:
A few almonds (12ish?)
Dinner:
2 chicken/feta/spinach sausages, big salad with bacon, a few seeds, and some rapsberry vinaigrette
Snack:
A few more almonds (around 10)
