Workout:

 

2 minutes LCP each hand 35 lb.

2 minutes rest

90 seconds LCP each hand

2 minutes rest

60 seconds LCP each hand

2 minutes rest

 

About 100 squats. :) Really tired today, was going to go on the elliptical, but I think I will just hit it hard tomorrow after dead lifts in the morning.  Trying to psych myself up for 2 sets of 2 at my previous max! :)

 

Food Log:

Breakfast:

2 cups of coffee with creamer, 2 eggs, 2 turkey bacon

 

Lunch:

Large salad with a few peas, shredded cheese, egg, ranch dressing

Shredded taco chicken, sooo good!

 

Dinner:

Salad with a few sesame seeds and cheese with Raspberry Vinaigrette dressing

Chicken/feta/spinach sausage

Cup of coffee with creamer

 

I have still been struggling with a lot of headaches.  I am giving up all caffeine (coffee, soda, etc) for a week to see if that helps as well as trying to get an appointment with my optometrist to see if it is an optical issue.  I'm hoping to resolve it quickly as it has been rather frustrating.
