I'm going out this evening, so I thought I would log my day now :).

Wokout:

4 minutes of presses, 2 minutes each hand - this could have been better.  I started out at a sprint pace and did 8 presses with the 35 lb. in the first 30 seconds of the first set of 2 minutes.  I then proceeded to do only 8 for the remaining 90 seconds. Sheesh :-P.  I then started on my right side and my back seized.  I made it 30 seconds in on that side and 6 presses before I had to stop.  I then re-tried the R hand side and got 15 and 1 push press ;).  I am hoping to try it again on Tuesday and get at least 18 (goal of 20) per side in the 4 minutes.  We'll see :).

I then did 10 1 minute sets of 1 handed swings.  The first 5 rounds were with the 44 lb, the last 5 rounds were with the 35 lb.

Food Log:

Late lunch/breakfast:

2 eggs, 2 turkey bacon, 1 cup of plain greek yogurt with a nectarine, 2 fish oil pills and a calcium supplement

Snack:

2 more turkey bacon, some carrots with a small serving of ranch

Dinner:

We are going out, I don't know where, but I am going to try and make the best choice possible to not make it a full blown indulgence meal :)

New Goals:

- Maintain pace for 4 minute presses, even if it isn't 20, maintaining my pace is my goal

- New PR on Friday for deadlifts, hoping for 275 lbs.

- Working towards the 53 lb. press (yay!)

- 30 second l-sit hold (haven't worked on this for awhile, was up to 15 seconds)

- 3 pull-ups (I can do 2!!)

- Drop body fat this next month on the new program I am starting, trying not to care as much about the numbers on the scale, but caring about the % body fat
