So, I've been slacking :). Not in nutrition or exercise, but in logging, so at least I'm staying on track ;).
Workout:
20 ring rows
A few double presses with the 26's, I was having trouble with my shoulder today after a burpee managed to tweak it, so Jim had me do 70 double clean burpess with the 35's and without the push-up
A few turkish get-ups with the 35 lb. and the 26 lb.
100 H2H swings with the 26 lb. non-stop
I also did 30 burpees this morning before I went to the gym, and 30 minutes on the elliptical this evening
Food Log:
Breakfast:
2 cups of coffee with creamer, 3 turkey sausages
Lunch:
3 turkey sausages, 2 eggs, a handful of carrots
Snack:
Some more carrots :)
Dinner:
Some Shanghai beef of my husbands with some peppers and onions and green beans (maybe a cup?), i'm sure the sauce had some sugar and preservatives, but it was still good protein and hopefully not too many refind carbohydrates :), an egg, and 1 tbsp. of PB with some celery sticks
