Boise Kettlebell Lifting

Workout:

 

8 rounds of:

 

5 double kettlebell thrusters (35 lbs. each hand)

5 pull-ups (assisted level 12, 101 lbs.)

2 minutes of rest between each round

 

Tough workout for such few reps!!

 

Food Log:

Breakfast:

1 egg, 2 slices turkey bacon, 4 tbsp. creamer and 4 cups coffee

 

Snack:

Sliced turkey (3 thin slices?), 1 of the kids crackers

 

Lunch:

3/4 cup Fage greek yogurt, 3/4 cup Kashi go lean almond flax seed cereal

2 slices turkey bacon

Mixed greens and baby spinach with low fat raspberry vinagrette

 

Snack:

String cheese

 

Dinner:

1 chicken breast with rub, mixed green salad, fish oil supplement

Great job Rachel!

And I too used to love eating greek yogurt with Kashi cereal. My choice was the Kashi Go Lean Crunch with the berries...yumm! =)
