TRAINING/NUTRTION BLOG: 9/21-9/22/11

TRAINING:
No training either day. Felt dizzy and sick. Hard to stand for more than a minute or two Wednesday, so I spent all day in bed after classes.

Still feeling a little dizzy and rundown. I will be better by tomorrow. At least the appetite is back.

9/21

6am-
3 Jetfuel capsules
1300mg Korean ginseng

630am-
50gr whey protein w/ 1 tsp cinnamon
2000mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D

2pm-
4 eggs
5 strips of bacon
1 large orange
2000mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D

Didn't feel like eating the rest of the day.

7am-
3 Jetfuel capsules
1300mg Korean ginseng

8am-
50gr whey protein
2000mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D
1000mg vitamin C

130pm-Starving hungry and craving junk food. Since no workout planned for the day I went for it and got a double cheeseburger with onion rings and BBQ sauce and some fried zucchini.

4pm-
3 Jetfuel capsules
1300mg Siberian ginseng

930pm-
Huge chunk of grilled salmon
Huge salad with baby spinach, onion, stuffed green olives and fresh tomatoes with Greek dressing and feta cheese.
1 fresh broccoli crown
A few grilled zucchini spears.
About 6 large fresh strawberries.

You weren't kidding when you said your hunger came back! It must mean you are well on your way to recovery...hopefully you are 100% today!
