TRAINING:
1045am-
50 pullups on rings
50 hindu pushups
Five of each every minute for 10 minutes. Pullups on the rings really add another dimension. The wrists don't feel the stress, and I feel more ROM. They seem to tax the grip more too.

630pm-
TAEKWON-DO: 20 HYUNGS, BASICS, SPARRING, BREAKING.

NUTRITION:
8am-
2 Panax ginseng capsules

9am-
50gr whey protein
2,000mg fish oil
multivitamin

1015am-
1 scoop Jack3D.

11am-
16oz whole chocolate milk

2pm-
Huge leftover grassfed hamurger with bacon and pepperjack cheese, wrapped in lettuce.
About 6 extra slices of bacon.
Large handful of raw almonds
2000mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D

530pm-preworkout
2 scoops Nutrex Hemo Rage

815pm-postworkout
1 banana

930pm-
Giant chunk of awesome wild halibut (courtesy of Dominic and Tara Zimmer), grilled in basalmic vinegar.
Spinach salad with tomato, onion, Greek vinaigrette and feta cheese.

The ring pullups are definitely a different feel than on the bar. Harder as they require more stabalization, but I like that the wrists are free to move naturally.
