I screwed up here. Forgot the carbs after a workout. Thought I'd brought a few bananas, but evidently not.

2pm-
3 Italian brats
handful of raw almonds
bunch of fresh strawberries
2000mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D

430pm-
2 scoops Nutrex Hemo Rage
(I know...I can hear you laughing. This stuff is close to Jack3D and I have some leftover.)

930pm-
2 large grassfed hamburgers, with fresh tomato, red onion, avocado slices and bleu cheese dressing, wrapped in lettuce
2000mg fish oil
3 liver detox capsules
3mg melatonin

I really have to watch my nutrition. I stepped on the scale today and weighed in at 227#. This is starting to get a little light. Considering I'm going to start my 5,000 snatches next week, I'd better make sure I'm getting the calories. Since I started using a frew products with creatine, I'm expecting about 3lbs of water weight in the next day or so.

I'm sure I've heard that before..but fail to remember it.

WOW 4-5K calories...I'd love to know how much I burn in a normal day. But, don't really feel like forking out the $100+ for a good monitor.

I probably only burn about 400 to a max of 1000 calories per day through exercise. The last time I checked I burned anywhere from 4-5000 calories per day, through moving around constantly doing things.

This is really something to consider when it comes to calorie burn. You burn way less calories during exercise than you think, and more just doing other activities. Just doing stuff like sweeping floors and demonstrating exercises, I can burn up to 5 calories per minute for several hours. While sitting still only burns about 1.5 calories per minute for me, so probably even less for others, since I have so much lean body mass.

Seeing your food logs and actually hearing you say you have lost weight is amazing. I realize you workout pretty hard during the week, but it is also a reminder of one of the real positive sides to Paleo. You wouldn't be able to eat the way you do otherwise and maintain your composition.
