SICK DAY
Not sure what I had/have but I started feeling dizzy and naseous about 12pm on Tuesday. I didn't eat anything that afternoon and just laid down for a few hours. Got up to teach class, drank some water and had to throw up. Got Stacey to substitute for me for Taekwon-Do class, and then just held on for my two kettlebell classes that night, while having to vomit a few times.
I think the illness was due to something I ate or drank. I think either something nasty in the water bottle, or in the protein shaker. Oh well, the body's defense mechanisms seem to be working. Guess it wouldn't let it get past my stomach to cause any damage.
It short, I essentially fasted from Monday night until Thursday morning. I weighed myself while fighting this off, and I could feel tons of inflammation. My weight was hovering right about 230-231 despite having some dehydration, because even drinking water made me nauseous, so I had to force myself to drink. I am now feeling better and it seems the inflammation has reduced because I weighed 226 tonight.
Interesting how the inflammation is a defense mechanism and helps you heal. It also makes you realize that eating certain things and noticing inflammation (few extra pounds on the scale the next day) is really only a visible indicator that your body is fighting off things in that food that are harmful to your body.
So, if you notice a few extra pounds on the scale after eating dairy, drinking beer, a bag of oily chips, or bread it is just a sign of the harm that is doing to your body. Let me say it again: Inflammation is a defense mechanism. If you are eating inflammatory foods, you are damaging your body in some way.
As far as nutrition goes it is very simple.
4/24 I had 2 scoops of Cytogainer about 11am after my early workout. Nothing else that day.
4/25 I didn't eat anything, felt like I would probably puke it right back up.

Getting back to normal. It killed me not to train today, but I decided to take an extra day off.
7am-
200mg caffeine
1000mg vitamin C
730am-
small bowl of beef jerky and raw almonds
3600mg fish oil
2pm-
3 eggs fried in coconut oil
about 12 raw almonds
3600mg fish oil
930pm-
By about 7pm I started to get some appetite back and wanted pizza. Knowing how that would affect me, but still craving the hell out of it, I decided to get some full fat mozzerella cheese, some pepperoni and tomatoes and just eat that, rather than pizza. Even on the best day, the bread in the crust and HFCS in the sauce would make me sick.
So, in all I ate about 6oz of cheese, about 4oz of pepperoni, 2 large tomatoes, and a whole avocado tonight, with 3600mg fish oil. No more craving for pizza at all.
About 11pm I will take some ZMA, melatonin and roobios tea.

Yikes! That sucks. Happy you are on the mend!
I'll have to make a mental note of your solution to a pizza craving. Great idea. Glad you're finally doing better!
Glad to hear that you are feeling better!!!! I'll see you in the morning!
