Nibbled A little junk for Christmas, but since my weight has been dropping, I've been allowing myself a little leeway. I don't want to let my weight get less than 225.
Not much of an appetite today. Not really a good thing.

Not much of an appetite for dinner. I ate a few pieces of bacon, about 8oz of grassfed steak and then really didn't feel like eating any more.

Can't say I'm not curious to see the difference myself!
Well, you with your tightness/soreness and me with my own pains...I think suffering is inevitable with this challenge.
I might check the results next week. I'm wondering what will happen if I am really clean for a few days with just the getups and no swings. Reduce the training load a little and see what happens.
Part of the reason for the 800mg of IBU was for inflammation and to offset some of the soreness and tightness that I knew I was going to have. I really try to avoid it, but during this challenge, I gotta do what I got to do.
Soo, will there be another "photo" after you stayed clean for a few days? Also, what's up with the ibuprofin after your morning workout? A way to possibly help ward off inflammation?
