Was as cheat meal overload. I hit the scale early that day at 224lbs. That is about 4-6lbs less than I usually maintain. I decided on a cheat meal of a hamburger and fries that day about 2pm for the extra calories. I felt the carb coma that day during my workout.
Due to picking my wife up at the airport, I didn't get a chance to eat until about 1230am, at which point it was also a trip through the drive thru.
This is no big deal for me, since I do not have a weight loss or body composition goal, and I needed to pack in some calories. I still think the overall calorie load for the day was less than 4,000, which is right about where I need to maintain.
This caused a bit of water weight gain and inflammation, so I was back to 229lbs today. I start to feel a little weak if I get less than about 225.
Back to strict eating the next day.
