Need carbs to exercise? Maybe not. After 100 24" burpee-boxjumps supersetted with very metabolic martial arts training (about 60 hard minutes), I decided to hit a few heavy deadlifts...(up to 510#), with no belt or any assistance equipment of any kind.
Max intake of carbs was about 25grams today, and maybe 100grams last night.
