Paleo power! 

Need carbs to exercise? Maybe not. After 100 24" burpee-boxjumps supersetted with very metabolic martial arts training (about 60 hard minutes), I decided to hit a few heavy deadlifts...(up to 510#), with no belt or any assistance equipment of any kind. 

Max intake of carbs was about 25grams today, and maybe 100grams last night.

1 tbsp coconut oil

25gr Carnivore protein w/ 1 tbsp cinnamon.

1 chicken breast

about 2oz of 90% pure dark chocolate

about 2oz of gouda cheese

2 scoops Jack3D

1 tbsp coconut oil

Huge steak and huge salad with homemade dressing and some red wine. That's it. Who needs more?
