100 burpees, alternated with 48kg kettlebell swings.

Taekwon-Do: 16 hyungs

100 burpees

50 pullups

Taekwon-Do: 18 hyungs, basics, sparring, breaking. 

NUTRITION:

Yesterday, I fasted for a good chunk of the day, but hit a Mongolian BBQ for lunch. I minimized the oil, hit a few good sauces, left out the noodles, and really didn't feel too bad about it. I know there were some nasty oils in there and lots of salt, though. Took extra fish oil and cod liver oil to offset some of that nasty stuff. 

Had some bison and a huge salad for dinner, with some awesome red wine.

The good news is that I am done loading creatine monohydrate. I hit the scale today at 229lbs preworkout and 231 postworkout. I feel every ounce of that extra weight doing Taekwon-Do hyungs!

Today:

8am-

300mg caffeine

1045am-

50gr Carnivore protein

1 banana

handful of raw almonds

4000mg fish oil

cod liver oil

5000iu vitamin D

230pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

whole giant avocado with lime, salt and pepper

about 4oz of deer pepperoni

about 2oz of gouda cheese

4000mg fish oil

cod liver oil

530pm-

3 scoops Muscletech Neurocore

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

huge chunk of pan-seared wild salmon and a ton of jasmine rice

huge broccoli crown with a little Ceasar dressing

cod liver oil

5000iu vitamin D

about 1130 I will hit the zinc, magnesium and B6 with 3mg melatonin
