9am-

200mg caffeine

 

1130am-(postworkout)

1 banana

handful of blueberries mixed with a bunch of raw pecans

25gr Carnivore protein

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil capsule

 

230pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

giant leftover hamburger wrapped in lettuce with 4 strips of bacon and bleu cheese on top

1 whole large avocado with lime, salt and pepper

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil capsule

 

530pm-

2 scoops Neurocore

 

10pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

giant chunk of grilled flatiron steak

huge salad with homemade EVOO and basalmic dressing

giant baked potato with tons of sour cream and full-fat butter (FYI: I only use Daisy brand sour cream. Of all the brands at the store, it is the only one that didn't have some kind of nasty fillers, usually corn starch.)

3600mg fish oil

3600mg flax oil

1 cod liver oil capsule

 

About 12am, I will hit the melatonin and ZMA (think I got plenty of vitamin D today)

The "Simple" brand at Walmart is also free of fillers.
