NUTRITION:

8am-

300mg caffeine

11am-postworkout

1 banana

handful of blueberries

handful of raw pecans

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil capsule

2pm-

1 leftover grilled chicken breast

6 strips of bacon

1 tbsp coconut oil

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil capsule

4pm-

3 scoops Neurcore

10pm-

Huge grassfed hamburger, wrapped in lettuce with strips of bacon on top.

whole giant broccoli crown dipped in bleu cheese dressing

huge salad with misc vegetables, 1 whole avocado and homemade EVOO and basalmic vinaigrette dressing

1 tbsp coconut

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil capsule

About 1130pm I will take my ZMA, 3mg melatonin and some vitamin D.

With some of the Neurocore, Carnivore protein and the Cytogainer I take as supplements, I am getting some creatine monohydrate, which always makes me gain water weight. I am holding pretty fast between 225-227.
