Rest day...fasted most of the day, and then sushi and Sapporo for this week's cheat meal.

300 SQUATS

16 TAEKWON-DO HYUNGS

50 PULLUPS

100 PUSHUPS

(Did the 300 squats and then jumped right into the hyungs, alternated with sets of pullups. Legs were jell-o for the hyungs. Did the 100 pushups as part of teaching classes.)

150 pullups, 200 pushups, 700 squats left this week.

NUTRITION:

7am-

1000mg vitamin C

200mg caffeine

8am-

small bowl of jerky and almonds

25gr Carnivore protein

1 tbsp coconut oil

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil capsule

4000iu vitamin D

130pm-

4 eggs fried in coconut oil

5 strips of bacon

1 tbsp coconut oil

3600mg fish oil

1 cod liver oil capsule

345pm-(preworkout)

3 scoops Neurocore

Giant spinach salad (whole mixing bowl) with 2 large grilled chicken breasts, 1 whole large avocado, 1 whole large tomato, handful of raw sunflower seeds, sliced onion, mushrooms, ton of kalamata olives, gorgonzola cheese and homemade EVOO and basalmic vinaigrette dressing. 

huge baked potato with organic butter and sour cream

About 1230am I will take my ZMA, melatonin and more vitamin D.
