I condone one cheat meal per week, but I always get random comments from people about me being hypocritical when I indulge.
Here is the truth: I don't have a weight loss goal. I don't need to lose a single ounce. I also don't have a body composition goal. If I get any leaner I will start getting weak. Since I am 100% happy with my physique the way it is, I can afford to have the random junk meal now and then.
I fully expect to step on the scale tomorrow at about 5lbs more than I weighed today, and I'm totally fine with it.
