About 8oz of leftover hamburger patty (just warmed it and ate with fingers)

130pm-
6-egg omelette with a small amount of yellow cheese and a bunch of hot salsa on it
about 10 blackberries
2400mg fish oil
1 cod liver oil capsule
2000iu vitmin D

430pm-
2.5 scoops Jack3D

645pm-postworkout
1 large orange
1 large banana

10pm-
about 16oz of sirloin steak
1 whole large avocado
huge spinach salad with one whole tomato, red onion, raw sunflower seeds, and homemade dressing
big handful of blackberries
2400mg fish oil
1 cod liver oil

About 11pm I will take ZMA and melatonin with some roobios tea.
