200 mg caffeine

1300mg korean ginseng

1000mg vitamin C

 

730am-

bunch of beef jerky and raw almonds

3600mg fish oil

 

145pm-

1 small avocado with lime, salt and pepper

2 cans of sardines in mustard (Sardines are a superfood, by the way, as long as they aren't packed in some oil, like soy).

1 chicken leg and thigh, roasted on the grill.

About 2oz of smoked cheddar cheese

3600mg fish oil

 

4pm-

2 Hydroxycut Hardcore caps

1300mg Siberian ginseng

 

630pm-

2 scoops Cytogainer

 

10pm-

Whole pan of asparagus spears, cooked in coconut oil, with lemon

6 strips of bacon

About 2oz of smoked cheddar cheese

NorCal margarita

3600mg fish oil

 

About 1130pm I will hit the ZMA and melatonin
