Went out for BBQ. Ate some wings, brisket, sauasage and smoked turkey with a bunch of steamed vegetables.
Drank only water.
I thought I was getting everything dry rub only, but there was a little sauce on it. Probably won't go back to this place. Even the small amount of sauces equalled too much sugar for me, after the hard cider last night. It is probably the combination of both. It almost makes me feel a little sick.
