This workout sounds really easy. It is not quite as easy. It actually seemed like the lactate levels keep rising for several hours afterwards. My entire body was pumped all day, and my forearms and shoulders are smoked. 2-arm swings and Hindu pushups are such a perfect combo.

 

5PM-

TAEKWON-DO: 15 HYUNGS

I whole large avocado with lime, salt and pepper

Huge amounts of a cococut curry shrimp concoction Stacey made, poured over jasmine rice. It was amazing, and I needed the carb re-feed. Washed it down with some hard apple cider to cool it off. Yummy!

I'll hit some roobios, ZMA and melatonin.

 

*White rice is one of those non-paleo foods that I was able to reintroduce with no ill-effects. It is good for a re-feed, but anyone with a goal of lowering bodyfat should probably avoid it, unless your acvitity level allows you to train hard almost every day of the week, and you are getting the results you want.
