2 Hydroxycut Hardcore caps

930pm-
1 whole large avocado with lime, salt and pepper
spinach salad with one huge chicken breast cooked in bacon grease, onion, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, cucumber, and vinaigrette dressing
About 2 cups white rice with a red coconut curry sauce on it.
3600mg fish oil
2000iu vitamin D

About 1130 I will take 3mg melatonin and 3 ZMA capsules with some roobios tea.
