Two eggs, onions, peppers, olive oil

One chicken habanero sausage

2000iu vitamin-D, 1000mg krill oil

Opti-Men multivitamin, 1500mg Bulgarian Tribulus

Black coffee

 


Noon - 4:00p:

Unsweetened iced tea

Beef Pad Prik King (ginger, onions, peppers, snow peas, Thai long beans, bamboo, carrots, curry)

Steamed broccoli, squash, snow peas & carrots

Small cup hot & sour soup

Three Lipo6 black caps

Opti-Men multivitamin

2000mg fish oil

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Huevo rancheros (two eggs, fresh salsa on bed of sliced avocado)

Blueberry pancakes (made with coconut flour)

Fresh blueberries

Two strips bacon

0.25oz 88% dark chocolate

1000mg fish oil, 1000mg krill oil

Opti-Men multivitamin, 1500mg Bulgarian Tribulus

 

 

FYI: Pad Tai House in Boise will give you a side of steamed veggies instead of rice if you ask nicely! :)

Oh it's that good alright! :)

 

I try to sneak over there on my rest days, since my normal workout time is over lunch.  Not too pricey either.  I used to pay more for fast food...
