Three chicken apple sausages

4:00p - 10:00p:

Beef Pad Prik King (ginger, onions, peppers, snow peas, Thai long beans, bamboo, carrots, curry)

Steamed broccoli, squash, snow peas & carrots

Small green salad with some kind of creamy dressing (probably not the greatest, but there wasn't much of it)

Now super enzymes

Fresh red grapes

0.5oz 88% dark chocolate

1000mg Krill oil, 1000mg fish oil

1500mg Bulgarian Tribulus
