  • 4 x 12 one-handed swings
  • Three TGU
  • 2 x 12 one-handed swings
  • Four TGU
  • 2 x 9 one-handed swings
  • Five TGU

8:00a - Noon:

Two eggs, onions, peppers, olive oil

Four sausage lins

Black coffee

1000mg fish oil, Opti-Men multivitamin,

2000IU Vitamin D, One NOW Glucose Metabolic Support cap

Noon - 4:00p:

Two scoops Jack3d

60g AfterGlow

Apple

Banana

One chicken apple sausage

1000mg fish oil, Opti-Men multivitamin,

50g Optimum Vanilla Whey

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Three chicken apple sausages

Half a large baked yam with butter

Half a pork chop

50g Optimum Chocolate Whey with 1T. Glutamine & Creatine

3mg melatonin

30mg zinc, 450mg magnesium, 10.5mg vitamin-B6 (ZMA)
