    • 1-3 Strict presses @ 24kg
    • 1-3 Ring rows
  • One set of five snatches @ 20kg

 

Sunday:

  • Five rounds
    • Five push ups (four count on negative)
    • Six sumo dead lift high pulls @ 24kg
    • Ten two-handed swings @ 24kg
    • One lap jog
