Going to post now as I am sure that I will not feel like posting later. Today is my "cheat" meal but I'm really going to try hard not to overdue it. Got on the scale this morning, with all my clothes and shoes on and I weigh less than I have in 5 yrs! That is a very happy day for me!!! YAY!!

3 turk saus shared with my daughters
WORKOUT:
10 sets of 10 push-ups burpees on kb handles supersetted with ring rows and ? (forgot their name....pully upy things)
8 min tabata set of bicep curls and diamond push-ups on knees and hand to hand swings
Coffee....not sugar free.....from Dutch! A wonderful way to start my "cheat" meal!!!!
