Boise Kettlebell Lifting

FOOD LOG: Battled some sort of stomach flu last night...so my nutrition is abnormal today.

 

8:00AM

- Medium banana 

9:00AM

- Cheerios with milk & honey

2:00PM

- Protein Smoothie: 1C unsweetened almond milk, 2 scoops vanilla protein, 4tsp unsweetened cocoa powder, big spoonful of almond butter, ice 

7:45PM

- Can of natural chicken broth with a can of chicken breast added

 

Obviously I didn't consume nearly the amount of calories I normally would, but did manage to get in aprox. 95g of protein and some carbs.

 

TRAINING:

 

- Had to skip out today. Felt progressively better as the day went, but couldn't shake the persistent feeling of nausea.
