FOOD LOG:
8:45AM
- Cup of coffee with 2T of whipping cream and a tiny bit of vanilla & almond extract (this was nice!)
9:40AM
- 2 slices of thick cut bacon
- 2 eggs + 2 large whites cooked in leftover bacon grease and seasoned with ground pepper
1:20PM
- Fruit Smoothie: 1 peach, 1 banana, Chobani 0% greek yogurt, a little unsweetened almond milk (just enough to get things moving in my personal blender), 1/2 a scoop of Dr Shallenberger's Super Immune QuickStart
4:00PM
- 2 celery stalks with almond butter
6:15PM (CHEAT MEAL!)
- Papa Murphys Pizza (Hawaiian & Pepperoni and Mushroom D'Lite)
(Was not as good as I remember it being...maybe it's just been THAT long since I've had it (months). Should have went with Pizza Hut like I really wanted instead. Or just had a Blizzard)
TRAINING:
- None....Had hoped to try to do a little to make up for yesterday, but my energy just wasn't there after being sick yesterday.
