- Applebees Signature Sirloin w/ Garlic Herb Shrimp (Minus the bruschetta)

- Some of my son's fries
Snack:
- Chips & salsa
Meal 3:
- BBQ!..Flank steak & Oysters
- 2 NorCal Margaritas (used the juice of 2 lemons instead of limes with a squirt of honey & a packet of sweetener mixed into the juice (less than a tsp), per drink. Tart & yummy!)
- 2/3 of a mini burger left over from my son's lunch (Neither snack nor treat nor...Just felt like eating it!)
TRAINING:

- 5 Ladder Sets: Presses done with the 44 (mostly) & the 35
