-Omlette: 1 whole egg with 2 whites, diced ham & white mushrooms cooked in coconut oil.Topped with shredded cheddar cheese.

-Supplements: Multivitamin, 100mg B-6, Calcium Citrate/Vitamin D combo- 2 tablets

12:30PM

-Salad (same as yesterday's)

-Supplements: Mulitivitamin

4:30PM

-Teaspoon full of Almond butter

-One String Cheese

6:00PM

-Scoop of protein with 1T brown sugar & 1T Psyllium Fiber

6:45PM

-Pizza Hut Pizza!!! (Full on Cheat Tonight)

-Shot of FireWater...

9:15PM

-Most of a king size bag (double serving) of Peanut M&Ms. Yes, those are out of my system now...

10:00PM

Supplements: Biotin, Zinc, Magesium & Melatonin

 

TRAINING:

 

-Deadlifts @ 185lbs: 5 sets of 5

-Double Kettlebell Front Squats with 2 45lb bells: 10 sets of 5

 

No sprints today. Doing them Thursday lead to an aggrivated hip on Friday...did them anyway on Friday only to make my hip worse today... =( Hopefully all will be well tomorrow.

Don't apologize, I totally know what you mean. I try to only satisfy a craving if it's one that's been persistant during the week. And weekly cheat meals are a must! Although, I let things spiral out of control this week and found that just becuase I ate 90% clean for several months doesn't mean I'm now any less susceptible to being pulled under by the grips of unhealty carbs & sugar. I can tell you that my body certainly wasn't happy, either. =)

And thanks! Hips feels better, so it's back to the sprints!

Sorry....but I am so glad to see that you have cheat meals and cravings too! :)  Hope the hip is feeling better!
