-Cup of coffee with creamer

-Scoop and 1/2 of Vanilla protein with 1T Psyllium fiber

-Couple handfuls of tortilla chips (my fault for taking too long to get the eggs ready for my salad- I was hungry)
1:00PM
-Salad: Iceburg salad mix, diced ham, 2 chopped hard boiled eggs, white mushrooms & Ranch.
-Supplements: Multivitamin, B-6: 100mg
6:30PM
-Big thick pork chop
-Mixed veggies (corn, beans, lima beans, peas)
-Diet Dr Pepper Cherry
9:00PM
-Regular sized bag of peanut M&Ms (been craving them all week)
10:00PM
-Supplements: Biotin, Zinc, Magensium & Melatonin
TRAINING:
-Sprints on my Treadmill @ 8mph
- Warmup @ 3.5mph for 3 minutes
- 12 minutes worth @ 20 seconds on & 10 seconds off.
Reducing the rest time amped the intensity a bit. Tomorrow will try increasing speed up to 9mph for 10 seconds with a rest time of 20 seconds.
