-Part of a Subway sandwich & chips at a birthday party

-2 cinnamon graham crackers

7:00PM

-Raisin Bran w/Milk

-Fried corn dog

9:30PM (Will take)

-Supplements: Biotin, Zinc, Melatonin, Magnesium

 

I realize I've been doing some slipping this past week and was just plain horrible this weekend (aside from breakfast and one lunch). Will rein my diet back in tomorrow...otherwise, I know where this "slipping" can end up...

I had a pretty lousy weekend too.  I blame the heat.  :)

 

Jim gave me a pretty good workout on Sunday tho... Hopefully that'll start whipping me back into shape...
