- 21g chocolate whey + 5g glutamine
During the afternoon:
- Tortilla chips (love On The Border's chips!)
- A slice of cheddar cheese wrapped in 8 super thin slices of deli ham
- A cup of coffee with a little cinnamon vanilla creamer
5:20PM
- A pork chop with steamed baby carrots & cauliflower topped with butter & some white rice topped with a little butter
8:30PM
- Another pork chop with some more baby carrots & cauliflower with butter
TRAINING:
9:00AM
- Warmup of TGUs with the 26 for about 5 minutes
- 30 Swing-Catch-Squat with the 26
- 30 Burpees
- 20 Swing-Catch-Squat with the 26
- 20 Burpees
- 15 S-C-S
- 15 Burpees
- 10 S-C-S
- 10 Burpees
