- 6oz cup of plain Oikos greek yogurt with 1/4C granola & a little cinnamon and honey

- Tortilla chips (not quite even a serving) with homemade salsa

- Brisket drizzled with Stubb's honey pecan bbq sauce and hickory bourbon sauce
- A mix of green zucchini, plantains, asparagus, & tomato cooked with bacon in it's fat. Mixed with a little velveeta
8:30PM
- 2 squares of 60% cacao dark chocolate
10:00PM
- About a cup of full fat cottage cheese with cinnamon
TRAINING:
11:30AM
- Warmup with Snatches: 1 min per hand with the 26
- 4 Ladder sets of Dbl KB preses with 26s and pullups
- One Tabata set of swings: Half with the 62 & half with the 53 (another rude awakening of how my conditioning has suffered)
