- Scoop of vanilla protein with 1T brown sugar & 2tsp psyllium fiber

12:45PM

- Can of chicken with a little mayo, sliced celery stalk, small handful of walnuts; chopped, several wedged cucumber slices

3:30-4:00PM

- Some chips & salsa

5:45PM

- BBQed chicken, white rice & romaine salad with Ceasar dressing

8:00PM

- Natural simply salted popcorn

9:00PM

- Frozen Cherry Cocktail (candy)

 

TRAINING:

- Deadlifts @ 195lbs: 5 sets of 5

- Dbl KB Front Squats with 53s: 5 sets of 5
