- Tone It Up Pancakes: Topped with butter, unsweetened coconut and 2 sliced strawberries
- 3 strips of bacon
- Small salad consisting of broccoli slaw, chopped ham, a little shredded cheese, a few crunched up spicy pork rinds and ranch dressing
- 2 small handfuls of tropical trail mix
- Some spicy pork rinds
- Chocolate PB Protein Pancakes: Same recipe as above except with chocolate whey and peanut butter
- 3 pork sausages
- A few small pieces of fresh pineapple
**Funky day...wasn't very hungry and when I was, not much sounded good
They're good and quick to whip up! =)
The pancakes don't look to bad! I might have to try them!
