- 1 egg + 1/2C whites + 1T nutritional yeast, scrambled in butter with ground pepper
- 1 small banana, quartered; 2 medium strawberries, halved and dipped in a mixture of 1/2C plain Chobani greek yogurt, 2T unsweetened shredded coconut, half a stevia packet with 1/2T of dark chocolate chips sprinkled on top. This was indulgent and yummy..and probably best left for post-workout in the future

- Handful of almonds
- BBQ pork rinds with full fat cottage cheese
3:45PM
- Can of tuna mixed with mayo, chopped walnut halves & 1/4 of a granny smith apple
- A few pieces of tropical trail mix
4:45PM
- A sugar free "Amped" energy drink (pre-workout)
7:10PM (Post-Workout)
- A fillet of Cod
- About 1C seasoned white rice
**I also have to own up to having a few pieces of Easter candy this afternoon
TRAINING:
5:30PM (Medium weight day)
- 5 Double KB Thrusters with the 35s at the top of one minute with 4 pullups at the top of the next: Repeat for 20 rounds (40 minutes to complete)
