- 1 egg + 1/2C whites scrambled in butter & seasoned with a little salt/pepper
- About 2C kale sauteed in EVOO & seasoned with a little seasoning salt
- 2 small bites of my son's PB & banana pancake
11:00AM
- BBQ pork rinds with full fat cottage cheese
- Handful of tropical trial mix
3:00PM
- Atkins cafe caramel shake blended with 1 scoop of chocolate whey and a spoonful of crunchy peanut butter
- Sliced jicama with meyer lemon juice and a tiny bit of salt (snacked on these off and on until just after 5pm)
7:00PM
- 2 fillets of cod
- 1/2C seasoned white rice
