Workout:

  • Ten ladders of two-handed swings and presses
    • Swings eight reps at 20kg
    • First and second rungs of presses at 20kg
    • Third rung of presses at 16kg
    • Took an hour :)

 

Nutrition:

 

Water: One gallon

 

8:00a - Noon:

Two eggs, onions, peppers

One chicken habanero sausage

Black coffee

Banana

1000mg fish oil,

Probiotic, Now Super Enzymes

Opti-Men multivitamin

 

Noon - 4:00p:

Beef Pad Prik King

Steamed veggies

Mixed grapes

Iced black coffee

1000mg fish oil,

Opti-Men multivitamin

Larabar

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

1000mg fish oil,

Probiotic, Now Super Enzymes

Rockin moroccan chicken (made by my wife who spoils me)  :) 

Three squares of 88% dark chocolate

Handful of almonds
