4 rounds of:
50 box jumps on tire
20 side twists with bar/weight
1/4 mile run
Food-
Breakfast:
3 turkey sausages
raspberries, bluberries, strawberries
1/2 apple post-workout
Lunch:
Romaine lettuce, broccoli, cucmbers, chicken from can mixed with a little mayo, handful of sunflower seeds, piece of swiss chesse
Dinner:
2 turkey dogs with ketchup
Green beans and corn
2 doritos
2 tootsie rolls....Oops!
