Workout-

4 rounds of:

50 box jumps on tire

20 side twists with bar/weight

1/4 mile run

 

Food-

Breakfast:

3 turkey sausages

raspberries, bluberries, strawberries

 

1/2 apple post-workout

 

Lunch:

Romaine lettuce, broccoli, cucmbers, chicken from can mixed with a little mayo, handful of sunflower seeds, piece of swiss chesse

 

Dinner:

2 turkey dogs with ketchup

Green beans and corn

2 doritos

2 tootsie rolls....Oops!

Now listen here little lady, if you can keep your cheat to 2 doritos and 2 tootsie rolls, YOU are awesome!! I love both of those things. =)
