Breakfast:

2 turkey bacons

2 eggs with a slice of swiss cheese

Coffee

Lunch:

Ground taco meat with tom. and slice of swiss cheese

Lemon cucumbers

Carrots

2 slices of apple

 

Snack:

Almonds

 

Workout:

3 sets of double kb squats with 44s-3 reps

2 sets of double kb squats with 34s-6 reps

3 Rounds of:

1 min set of presses with 35 L hand--8-9 reps

1 min set of presses with 35 R hand--8-9 reps

1 min rest

1 min swings with 35 L hand--33 reps

1 min swings with 35 R hand --33 reps

1 min rest

1 min swings with 35 L hand--33 reps

1 min swings with 35 R hand--33 reps

Rest 3 min

The last set of swings I backed down to the 26 again because I could feel my hands going....they WILL get used to this sooner or later!

Todays workout seemed a little tough for me...not sure why. My allergies have been though the roof so I'm going to attribute it to that!

 

About 3 slices of apple post-workout

 

Dinner:

Costco hotdog without the bun

About 4 bites of my kids cheese pizza...

2 bites of their berry yogurt...

Some veggie chips...

1 blueberry jolly rancher...

I agree they aren't easy...he just made them look so smooth! And tell him thanks!! =)

Awesome job! And allergies will certainly be a factor since you can't get the normal oxygen flow. And super high five to Ted...he did awesome with his squats! He made it look so easy!
